A 3 month 1:1 program and protocol developed to empower women to rebalance hormones. Strategies include but not limited to: specific nutrition plan designed for hormone rebalancing; exercise; how stress, rest, emotions, and mindset impacts on hormones, and toxin removal through a 3 week initial gentle detox. (Options for further hormone rebalancing supplements such as Estrogen Balance will be offered on a per client basis)
